Aight, I was gonna say lol. We good then. But 120 ain't bad for not regularly training legs. Your leg press numbers will shoot up like crazy, squat obviously takes longer. Like I said, 270 for leg press, but just attempting to break 200 (205) tomorrow for the first time for squats.

My legs are killing me though. Did 50 leg presses of 120 and idk if thats good enough for some of you >_> lol.
But yeah I am going to start weights first and then running. I can tell I can't lift my best after I run for an hour.
