How good is Insanity and P90X? I'm thinking of doing Insanity, how unbearable is it? Lol. I heard it's the most intense workout right now and extremely punishing on the body.
I heard it's sone extreme shit. They didn't call it insanity for nothing. Just try it out and see if you like it or can handle it
That's the thing, I can't just try it, it's like $130. Unless Brad or Dayna would be nice enough to burn me a copy of the first DVD lol. And I could try that one and see how it is. It's a series of like 5 DVDs if I remember correctly.
Aight, found a torrent with all five DVDs and a PDF of the nutrition guide. But damn, I was just reading about this shit, it's intense enough that's it's given some nigguhs heart attacks. Jesus Christ.......
You're supposed to know when to stop or take a break. Your body shows signs of when you're pushing it too far. And this is one of those types of work outs that you should check with your doc with first to make sure something like that won't happen
both are very taxing....p90x on a scale of 1 to 10 on how difficult it is i would give it like an 8 if you actuslly do it 100 percent.. i would highly suggest it and im startin it again in like a week.. also if your gonna do it, do it all the way and make sure you have a pull up bar, free weights or bands, protein powder, recovery powder, and eat healthy
So I decided Im'ma do it and be a man. Downloaded the torrent today, just gotta burn the DVDs. This is something I really wanna go through with and prove to myself I can do, and I have the determination of a God for shit I put my mind to. I might have to get better shoes before I start doe, I don't have any really athletic shoes.
I'm starting tomorrow, and Im'ma take a pic, then a pic every two weeks, and if I ultimately see huge results at the end of the 2 months, I'll post all 4 pics.

And what do you mean? There's 10 DVDs and the torrent comes with a PDF of the workout schedule of which one you're supposed to do daily.

for doing pushups and exercises like that... im sure using any type of shoes is beneficial. You wouldn't want to dislocate a toe or anything.
