Nah, they been getting a lot of buzz, they won breakout company of the year at Bodybuilding.Com's Supplement Awards '12. I haven't tried anything from them doe.
Also, pulled my fucking Glute. Literally have a fucking asscheek injury. :-|
And it wasn't even on leg day, I did it doing fucking cable crunches. Hopefully it doesn't fuck wit me tomorrow, tomorrow's leg day.
And it's ridiculous how quickly shrug and calf raise weights go up, I'm doing 180 in plates for both seated and leg press calf raises, and the 75 Lb. Dumbbells (The highest weight my gym has in Dumbbells.) just barely did it for me today doing shrugs. Gonna have to switch to Barbell shrugs.
Well what would you recommend as a diet to go with the workouts? Trying to get down at least 35 pounds by August.
Insanity has it's own nutrition plan, which is easy as shit to follow. Especially for only 2 months. It gives you a good backbone on eating right, to where you can start forming your own diet. I'm finally completely on my own wit my eating, and not following any program's guidelines, 'cause I got everything down to a T.
Also, doing IIFYM has been so amazing and such a relief.
Brb eating Pop Tarts every day. Brb eating a pint of Ben And Jerry's 1-2 times a week. Brb eating whatever the fuck I want. Brb still hitting my protein macros no problem. Brb still shredded as fuark.

Are you doing this with protein shakes? I've been trying to get most of my protein macros from just food... It's fucking hard.
Nope, there's been a few days where I overshot my fat too quickly and already hit all my fat for the day, so I then have to fill the rest of my calories wit egg whites, dry tuna, or protein shakes, since they're straight protein sources. But in general, nah, I hit my protein no problem. I've been getting, give or take, 190-230 Protein, 100-130 Fat, and 350-400 Carbs daily. Obviously, if Fats are a little higher for the day, Carbs'll be lower, if both are a bit lower, Protein goes well into the 200 range, etc., but they stay in those same ranges daily.
Not an insult to you at all, but I never understand when everyone says hitting protein through food is so hard, especially on a bulk. For instance, yesterday, I ate a chicken wrap that had chicken strips (The breaded, crunchy ones, so obviously higher in fat and carbs.), fat free cheese, and light ranch, and that alone was 68 grams of protein, when my minimum is 176. And my post workout meal is the same everyday, and is always 52 grams of protein.
