Season finale had a smile on my face the whole mf time.
Fan service all the way for sure, but it worked extremely well.
Definitely more hype for The Mandalorian Season 3 than I am for Boba Fett Season 2 after all that, but it was still a dope way to tie everything together and wrap it all up.
Two different games. Star Wars: The Old Republic (the trailer MC posted) is an online MMORPG that's been around for a few years now. The trailer is just for a new DLC expansion.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is the game that's getting remade, which is just a single player RPG.
Been playing the Rogue Squadron games, as well as reading the Rebel Force books.
Im terrible at all the Rogue Squadron games. But RS 2: Rogue Leader is a really great game. The Battle of Endor is so intense. RS 3: Rebel Strike is weird. The on-foot sections are so bad. It also has some weird continuity issues. Like Wedge going to Geonosis, fighting Clone Wars era battle droids, Empire flying LAATs, and Wedge getting and flying a Jedi Starfighter that shoots seismic charges!? What in the fuck?
It also has the Rebels fighting ATATs pre-Hoth, which I never like because it creates issues with Hoth. It also depicts an Empire invasion of Yavin 4 shortly after the Death Star raid, yet the Rebel Force books depict a simple Imperial agent inflitration. One of the few loose continuity points in the EU. I dont like that.
Im not watching it. 0 interest. I watched the trailer out of curiosity, and I already know Im going to be unhappy. So yea. I dont care what Disney does to their lore, characters, or lack of continuity anymore. I skipped Boba Fett and am happier for it.
I hope its everything you want it to be though and you are happy with it.
I got these in the mail yesterday. They're obviously bootleg as official Blurays for the Ewok movies dont exist. I hope they're as good quality as the Despecialized Blurays I have. I will probably upgrade the cover sleeves though, they're just paper.
Been reading the Rebel Force series. Currently on book 3. It's a young adult series, so not super deep with the writing, but it's been enjoyable. I like that book 2 was all about what happened to the Aldaraanians who were off planet when the planet was destroyed by the Death Star. We dont get a lot of content depicting Alderaan.
It also follows up with Ferus Olin. Which is interesting to see that he was watching over Leia the same way Obi-Wan watched over Luke.

LETS FUCKING GOOOO
but it's the Wii version
I have never played SWTOR, though I plan to. But the cinematics are always so awesome. Probably the last shred of EU content dropped today.

So is this now a new game entirely?? I thought it was supposed to be a remake of the original SWTOR??
