That's good about reading. Learning the science is just as important. Watch the biolayne video logs if you haven't already. He's really good about everything. I love that guy lol
Make sure everytime you sit down, your knees are below your hips. Sitting with them above the hips puts tremendous pressure on the knees.
Srs?
Yes sir. It was a tip I picked up from a retired basketball player. Try it for yourself. If there is one thing crusty old people know, its joint pain. When sitting, pull your legs under you till your knees are an inch or two above your hips, and pay attention to your knees after a few minutes. Then kick your feet out a little further till your knees are at parallel or below your hips and you will notice the difference.
Did deadlift today 3 x 6 x 220lb quite comfortably Felt like Superman Felt so strong I thought I'd pump out some bicep curls with the same weight except it wasn't arm day today
Also, this is mainly for Cheech, as he seems like the only other one in here that takes supplements, but I ordered a 5 Lb. tub of ON Whey, and they sent me a sample of ON's new pre-workout Platinum Pre-, just took it, so far, it's making me all tingly like C4 does, 'cause of the Beta Alanine, will let you know how it works as far as my actual workout, taste is great doe, could drink it by itself just as a beverage.
Yeah do what you wish...i just try not to put anything in my body....in the future i want to go all organic cause i hate what the government has done to our food...its so fucked up...i don't even take aspirin lol
