My traps and triceps keep rubbing together :-L One of the reasons I first started working out was because my thighs were starting to rub together, I hate that feel. Now when doing some of the behind the back stretches I was doing during p90x (palm to palm, then drop your hands and roll your shoulders forward) I now have to re adjust each side before I can drop my hands down.
I don't think that's even anatomically possible, like licking your elbow lol. You mean your Tris and your Lats?

Naw, just getting dat v taper and my arms are rubbing against my chest and lats by my armpits. It's not as gross of a feeling as fat thigh rub, but its still annoying. I cant imagine how bad it is at Sagi's size, or if you eventually get used to it, but I don't still don't like my skin sticking and rubbing against itself. Everybody has their little OCD issues, that's one of mine.
I desperately need to get new plates. I'm pressing 40 Lbs. on the Incline Presses now wit no issue, Chest day is becoming too easy, and that's not good. I know I can press 50s at this point, but due to my fatass cement plates, the highest I can go at this moment on my Dumbbells is 40 Lbs. . Fuck.
My Chest and Legs are growing the fastest. Shirts that fit me fine a month ago are now tight as shit around my chest, and my skinnies are all getting tight around my thighs. FeelsGoodSon when clothes are getting tight on you, and it's not 'cause of fat.
Legs day ain't a fucking joke. I both look forward to and dread it, every single week. Love it 'cause it's such a monster of a workout, and hate it for the exact same reason ahaha. Almost vomited during the Stiff Leg Deads and Side Squats Superset. Went fucking nuts.
Did Skullcrushers, went too high in weight for the final 8 rep set, had the bar right above my forehead on the 7th rep, couldn't push it up, moved it downwards, and it was about to go down on my throat, so I threw it over my right shoulder 'cause I had to get rid of it.
I thought it was back day today. The good news is that all my lifts went up except the planks at the end. I went lb for lb with Sagi today. The bad news is that apparently I don't know what fucking day it is )

No bench shirt, knee wraps, squat suit, deadlift suit.
