Pure Cardio was a lot more rough today compared to last week, not sure why. But nonetheless, put work in and pushed through. Plyometric Cardio Circuit tomorrow. Fuck my ass I hate that one.
Day 10 complete, and yet another sign of progress.
I work out in my boxers (Just easier for me.), and the same boxers that fit me nice and snug before Insanity, were loose and fell off while doing the workout from all the jumping. Luckily, I was home alone and it didn't cause any embarrassing situations, but nonetheless, it floated my boat.
