Already seeing results. My 38 skinnies aren't so skinny around the thighs now. I'm in a 34 now, but nonetheless, these were still somewhat skinny around the thighs before Insanity.
Today was Cardio Power And Resistance, and today was my best performance yet. Only took one single break for about 10 seconds during the warm-up, and maybe 4-5 5-10 second breaks throughout the actual workout. And first time with absolutely no collapsing or muscle failure. My stamina is quickly skyrocketing, and little ab bumps are starting to show without even flexing.
