Great work. That's a good start You night wanna get a weight belt at some stage, but build up your core strength first. When you do get a belt:- 1. Don't be one of those twats that wears it around like a fashion accessory for your entire workout 2. Get a decent belt, not one of those thin ones.
Why do you keep doing that smiley streets? Ujelly?
Jelly 'cause of what his fat, lazy ass can never have/do, and salty 'cause I wouldn't help him, and he's been a little cry baby bitch child about it ever since. )

Is a belt really that important? Anything else to worrry about as the deads get heavier form wise? I make sure to bend at the waist, keep my back locked straight and the bar as close to my legs as possible.
I find a belt helpful for heavier weights. Depends how heavy u want to go. But posture and form are Definitely important. I use a belt for squatting or deadlifting anything over 200lbs. My form for deadlift isn't flash...I tend To use my back like a crane when the weight gets heavy, even though I try to get my head up and back straight. Sumo style deadlift may work for you. Personally I find sumo works better for Taller people or those with a big Stomach
