Working through a sore body is gonna be the hardest part of the second day, probably the entire first week actually. My whole body is killing me right now.
I decided to suck it up and follow the nutrition plan. Looking through it, I found a lot of shit that I'd actually eat. So I just stocked up on a bunch of shit.

Also, just did one of the meals from the nutrition guide, hollowed out tomato stuffed with tuna, shit was amazing, oh my God.
