Thanks negros! And Jobe, I still wanna get more cut anyways, and I'll be doing P90X with heavier weights, to where I reach failure at 8-10 reps, so it'll still help me with gaining some mass. I'm not really focused on pure mass gaining until Body Beast, which will be released July or August, so I'll do it right after P90X.
Also, just got myself a package of Butterfinger Snackerz lol. I fucking earned this shit, haven't had any candy whatsoever in 3 months. It's 170 calories, so, I'll just modify one of my meals to 300 calories so I still don't go past my calorie deficit.
I've decided to try Creatine for P90X and Body Beast. I found a Creatine at GNC that's in pill form, and it's not Creatine Monohydrate, pretty sure it's Creatine Ethyl Ester, and it A: Won't add a substantial amount of calories to my eating, like the powder would, since it's only like 10-15 calories per pill, and B: Won't cause the water retention like Creatine Monohydrate, which I wanted to avoid.
It'll be $32 for a 2 month supply with the GNC Gold Card, which will last me all of P90X, since I'll be taking it for the full 2 months, then cycling off for a month, then repeating that for the 3 months of Body Beast.
erik lost alot of weight and his stomach looks good but his arms and chest is why i would never do insanity.. no upper body muscle mass at all... dood you NEED calories you almost to skinny now

Fuck outta here. A: No muscle mass at all? I don't have any serious size yet, but they're not fucking twigs. <_> They still have decent definition. B: My measurements proved that I gained size in my chest. C: No one, myself included, ever said that Insanity was a program to get super swole. It's more cardio based, so of course not. So I wasn't expecting serious mass with either Insanity, nor Asylum. Now that those 2 are done, bulking up is my main focus, which I'll be doing with P90X, Body Beast, and P90X2.
Did Upper Body Weight Training today as part of my Recovery Week. Not sure why I did it as a Recovery workout, since it's a full fledged, strenuous resistance workout, but whatever. Bent Over Rows/Flys are a bitch. Really gotta work on those.

arent all those programs also cardio based. to really gain muscle you just need to strictly lift weights along with those programs
Wow, so my Uncle, someone who was progressively getting fatter by the year and one of the most disgusting eaters I know, as far as how ridiculously much he eats, all being absolute junk, told me today that I thoroughly inspired him to work out and eat right because he saw how dedicated I was and how hard I pushed. And I saw proof, because he made grilled chicken breast with green beans and carrots, and ate a small portion. I feel oddly humbled and honored. Damn.......
Man, that's even more motivation to never quit this shit. This is why I have this shit tatted on me. That's the true fucking definition of Dig Deeper. And it's not only him, kids are always messaging me now asking for the Insanity download, and the ones who started hit me up for advice and help with the program all the time. Makes me feel so good. I feel like a leader in a way.
Good on you dude. This might sound a bit lame/cliche but if you can help someone else improve their health and lifestyle just by giving them support and advise then full credit to you. I might not agree with some of your posts and things you do but I admire you for being so determined and focused on improving yourself and sticking to the insanity program
Work only gets in the way of my training when I'm too busy to have a break and go to the gym You can normally fit training around work somehow It's kids that get in the way of my training Avoid having kids Erikpepsiho
