Did Max Interval Plyo again today, still a fucking beast to get through, although it's getting easier, made it through every circuit and interval with minimal breaks, and got 24 of the 32 push-ups in each Level 3 Drills set.
Shaun T said himself that Max Interval Plyo is the hardest Insanity workout, and I'm starting to fully agree. He said "Asylum is way harder than even the hardest Insanity workout, Max Interval Plyo, so gear up and prepare yourself for Asylum by pushing as hard as you can possibly go in Max Interval Plyo.".

I'd say I'm either a D3, D4, or D5. Everything else above it is too fat, and below it is too ripped, not to that level yet. I'd say I wanna hit a B6, or A4, A5, or A6.
Did Max Recovery today. Pulled a little something while doing High-To-Low Planks. Hopefully it's real minor. Which I think it is, it already stopped hurting and doesn't even hurt when I move it.
My arms are a bit bigger in size, but the main improvements that I'm noticing with them is that they're harder and firmer to the touch with very little flab left, and that I'm doing push-ups more efficiently, faster, I can go lower, and do way more of them without having to stop.
