Unless they do bodybuilding "bulking/cutting" phases, in which case, they can eat whatever the fuck they want in bulking phases, and have to eat healthy in cutting phases.
Lifting heavy things and putting them back down will burn calories even long after working out. You can consume a ton of calories if you lift enough.
Dwight Howard (Basketball player, for those whodon't pay attention to the NBA.), has the ideal body type that I'm aiming for. His arms are perfect, no homo.

Did Max Interval Sports Training today, first time it was on the schedule. Easily my favorite Insanity workout, hands down. So fun. Absolutely loved the Boxing Drills. I was in my fucking zone.
Also, down to 188! So, as predicted, I lost 2 pounds in each of the first 2 weeks of Month 2. Hopefully it keeps up at this pace, or even better, speeds up.
Anyways, newest progress pic, just took now. Only one more left to take at the end of Insanity. I decided to purposely wear the same jeans now for the rest of the pics to show other signs of progress. (The pants fitting looser.) Gonna quote the other 3 again:

And like I said, I'll be doing Asylum, P90X, and P90X2, all focused on getting more ripped and built, so I'm not worried about it. I'm extremely happy with my Insanity results so far.
100g a day is really low....... You're 'sposed to be getting at least 1g-1.5g per pound of body weight. My shake gives me 40g, and all my meals are extremely high in protein.
