I also want to say this is the first time I have been fully on board with getting healthy. We finally eat right I am paying attention to everything I take in the match with exercise. It’s always been one or the other. I haven’t had anything like McDonald’s or Taco Bell since this started. I have no desire to eat those places anymore. The goal is 210

Kicking myself because I've been letting myself become complacent over the last few months. I was on the verge of losing a lot of weight and building a little muscle, and then just didn't keep up for a while now. Need to get back into the swing of it.
I'm still not nearly as bad as i was about 14-16 months ago. Back then i was roughly 240, right now i'm roughly 168. But i had hit 159 earlier in the year, so I need to pick it back up. But it's not even just the losing weight, i want to build a little more muscle. I don't need to get ripped or anything, i just want to not feel like shit a couple hours into work.
The closest gym to where i am is a solid 20 miles away, and i don't own a car currently.
I have a set of wights in the garage i try to mess with 4-5 times throughout the off days, and 2-3 times on work days. Getting up at 6am to go for an 45-60 minute jog. Cut out soda, plenty of water etc.
I've been trying to lose some weight so i cut out soda and junk food about 2 weeks ago and I've been biking and running a couple days a week. Lost a couple pounds so far.

Im going to the gym 5 days a week now. 30 minutes in eliptical, then various lifting for 30 minutes, then 5 ish laps walking around a track.
