Noticeable difference. Looking way slimmer in snowboard gear that you did in shorts before. Congrats dude. You'll probably feel the difference on the slopes as well.
Thank you. Those snowboard pants are a 36 and are loose on me in the waist. Still have tree trunk legs which I’ll always have but damn it’s been at least 2010 since I got a 36.

So as I've (vaguely) mentioned recent, I've kinda let a lot of things go and have been feeling shitty overall. I want to use it to push and motivate myself to get back into getting in better shape. I cut out soda a week ago tonight, which i know doesn't seem like much, but i haven't gone a week without 2-3 sodas in idk how fucking long. So yeah. I've also decided to use my time off in this shithole town to working out in my room. all i have access to is two 35 pound weights, which isn't much but can be manageable. So anyways - Anyone have any tips dietary wise that have personally/physically helped you cut back weight? I'm trying to build a little muscle, but I'm definitely more concerned about my weight. Especially stomach fat. Cutting out soda and sweets is a given, which I've started up on. I've stuck to only eating turkey sandwiches (wheat bread) and fruit for lunch at work, while eating pb&j for dinner most nights. Keep in mind i don't have access to anything more than a microwave here, so certain dishes may be difficult if it involves real cooking. Any tips/info is appreciated. Trying to keep myself out of a shitty mindset.
