Today was my rest day for Insanity, so I played some Basketball for over an hour for some extra exercise. Definitely worked up a sweat, feels good son.
Stuffy nose from a cold made me into more of a mouth breather than normal. But I worked through it I ran 2 miles only stopped twice. Made me feel kinda better oddly enough.
Lmao! I can only kill them if I can catch them. I can skate a little bit, but nothing like they can do. I can skate fast and turn, but that's about it. No stopping, skating backwards or doing crossovers for this guy. It should be interesting.
I've just been out watching some mates compete in a power lifting competition. One guy did a 350kg squat and a 250kg bench press I've seen the same guy bench 300kg before but I think he had an injury today Multiply by 2.2 to convert kg to lb
I've always had a deep squat. My arse pretty much touches the floor. In a competition your hip has to go past parallel so I find the deeper I go the better. Plus it helps me bounce at the bottom and get some spring up again
