Yesterday I did squats...haven't done them for a few weeks so eased into it with warming up and then finished with 3 sets of 5 reps at 100kg Got sore glutes and ass today and gotta do deadlift....ouch this is going to hurt
Did shoulders and back today. I am steadily increasing my 1RM in everything since going on my mass gainer 2 weeks ago. I only take 2/3 the reccommended serving and nothing else. Haven't changed my doer either. I can already see differences in my arms and chest. I can't praise the stuff anymore. During ky cutting cycle is when ill really watch my diet.

What do u do for back and shoulders? Chin ups? Seated rows? One armed rows? Good mornings?
Just got back from the gym....did deadlift....man it was hot as hell....must have been about 80 degrees and I was sweating like a rapist...did 3 sets of 6 reps of 100kg so it was all good
Seriously though sometimes when guys do bench press and have short shorts on it's not a good look....at least when it's a chick doing bench you can check out their camel toe )

finally played some soccer again yesterday after a good month+ layoff.... felt like a n00b.
i've started doing arms and shoulders too... but im going to stay away from chest a lot
