Back is quickly becoming my favorite muscle group to work, went nuts and I feel like a fucking monster.
And I'm happy as shit wit my gains, fuck anyone who says I'm lifting baby weight. Started out maxing at 70 Lbs. a month ago for Reverse Grip EZ-Bar Rows, and did 90 Lbs. today in a Progressive Set, so that's a total of 16 reps wit 90 Lbs., and I'm feeling ready to up it to 100 Lbs. on the next Back day. Up to 70 Lbs. on Lat Pull Overs when I was maxing at 50 Lbs. during the first week, etc.
And I think I finally got my Deadlift form down pat, I could even tell exactly when my form started fucking up, and I immediately corrected it. Everything just feels more...natural and uniform now, it all clicks together wit each individual step of the lift, and I also finally got the Glute squeeze down at the top of the lift, I was previously confused as fuck on how to do it correctly. Feeling confident enough to go up to 130 Lbs. next week.

Or a lazy motherfucker can't accept real success. Look at his back and arms even, matter fact, fuck that, look at his Lats, Traps, Triceps, Chest, literally everything gained some serious mass for such a short amount if time, his back is fucking inpressive. Everything you just said = void.

Yea prolly, that's just an unnatural size, still admirable doe. I personally wouldn't wanna be that big, but I definitely wanna hit my natty genetic max.
