I spotted a guy doing bench today. He is/was obviously in a gang, due to his neck, chest and arm tattoos, missing teeth etc I didn't have the heart to tell him that he needed to lower the bar all the way to his chest Lowering the bar 3/4 of the way down is not a bench press

Holy fuck, that was hands down the hardest Leg workout I've ever done. That shit was nuts. Walking comfortably for the next few days is gonna be impossible. Love this shit so much. Legs are fucking trembling.
And short workout gets the job done. And if you think about it, the actual workout time is the same as P90X, difference is, Sagi doesn't fuck around wit the long ass warm-ups and cool downs, he just gets straight into it, which I prefer.

Stiff Leg One Legged Deadlifts.
Shit ton of different squats, parallel, sumo, Bulgarian, etc.
And then an assortment of lunges, which I hate, 'cause my balance wit weights in my hands fucking blows, almost fell so many times.
did the first fit test of insanity and omg my numbers are pathetic. lol i got tired with all the exercises halfway through and i didnt do a couple of the push up variations cuz an elbow injury prevents me from putting that much stress on it. the actual workouts starts tomorrow and im going to die lol

I think it works better for taller or bigger guys
And HOLY FUCK is that 3 week cut at the end gonna suck. Only 1 fucking Starch portion allowed daily. That's a fucking half cup of rice lol.
