Oh snap! I just did a quick Google search for couch25k and posted the link, my bad. It's available on a ton of different sites, anyone interested should be able to find it without a problem.
It is pretty surprising how much quicker it will help you recover. When your sore as fuck it seems counter intuitive to get up and do more, but you just have to get up and power through it, but you will feel way better after getting warmed up again. If you don't then you will feel like that for days lol. That 2 weeks of being sore could probably have been cut down with active recovery. The only thing you have to watch for is that you are not putting too much stress on you joints while you ease into this. Being sore is normal and healthy, but actual pain is not. As a bigger guy you have to be a little extra cautious to take care of your joints. If it turns into actual pain stop what you are doing. People don't get fat overnight, and nor will they become fit overnight, so take the time to do it right and prevent injuries. You got this mayne!!!
yeah i wasnt tryna sprint or nothing, i was just jogging slow... My girl was like a half mile ahead of me with the dog, lol... I felt like that fat kid on the playground yelling wait up. lol. yeah it tells you by the program to run every other day and do stretches and shit on off days. I'm pretty big so i should rop a decent amount pretty quick. I just have to stay motivated!
