While we're talking about chicken in the video game thread, my local grocery store is selling wing trays with 6 bbq boneless, 6 bbq bone in, 6 buffalo boneless and 6 buffalo bone in wings for $10 and in pretty hype about it
I'm gonna need cash up front for that. Tabs were only like 1.50 per and a stamp is only .25. the CFA sauce is $5 and a small usps flat rate box is like $7-8. Pay me in btc and I'll ship it out Saturday morning.
I'm about 18 hours into God of War now. I'm not as absolutely pissed off playing it anymore (the culture shock wore off), but I still have some big issues with it. I still think the combat is not good, it all basically comes down to "if enemy is higher level than you, you get one shotted - if enemy is same level or lower, spam axe spin until dead", and the camera is downright terrible. I personally don't really like the story/lore direction so far either, but I'm accepting it for what it is for now, and will reserve judgement about that for when I finish it. But graphically the game is good, I like that there actually is some enemy variation - I was worried about that going into it, and (probably due to the difficulty of Give Me God Of War mode) it feels very satisfying to overcome combat encounters. I'm hoping it will get even better when I get the Blades of Chaos/Athena/Exile whatever it is in this game, and that combat will open up a bit.
This game is really fucking long though. At nearly 20 hours in, I feel like I'm not even half-way through yet. I rarely play games this long. I just killed the Dark Elf king and got back to Midgar... how much more of the game do I have left?
