The Raven Age wasn't for me and now I find out of course it was his sons band. That's twice his kids have opened for Maiden that I've seen. Vocalist came out and for a second I went "Holy shit Mark Hunter from Chimaira got a new band" but then he started singing. And then he started talking all British and whatnot.
Thanks dude haha and yeah I knew they were his kids band going in so I kinda wanted to catch them but I took the opportunity to piss, check out merch and eat something after being trapped in a car for almost six hours lol I'll probably catch them tonight.

my mom grew up really really sheltered in northern los angeles and the beach boys were her favorite. I told her brian wilson did a ton of lsd back in the day and she was completely shocked lmao.
I've seen a lot of bands with my dad... Sabbath, Maiden, Agalloch, Alestorm, Nekrogoblikon, all the Mayhem Fests, Locrian, Devin Townsend, Death To All....
Pretty much every concert I went to between 2006-2012 I went to with my dad. Seen Mastodon and Dillinger Escape plan front row with my dad, among many other shows. Dude from Dillinger almost landed a stage dive on my dad lol
Sadly can never experience that. I've asked so many times, but my Dad is too much of a religious nutcase to go smh it hurts, ya know? I've been to a concert with at least one parent from everyone in my crew and it was a blast. Would've loved to experience Maiden or Sabbath or something with my Dad.
