Each state has a caucas and the people in the party in that state vote on who they want as the nominee. After they all vote whoever has most delegates wins nom.

No. Each state gets a certain number of delegates to go to the Republican National convention. Since Mitt Romney won Iowa, the 28 delegates that go to the Republican National convention from Iowa are supposed to vote for Romney to be the Republican 2012 Presidential candidate. Even-though they are supposed to vote for Romney, they can really vote for whoever they want but doing so would make a lot of people very upset. Some states dont do a all or nothing thing like Iowa.
That doesn't matter you can still vote. It's a constitutional right they can't take it away. It was that way but got overturned. I know for a fact I'm a felon and I vote.

That's why I need to look into it deeper. I was always told I could no longer vote.
For a while you couldn't but they found it unconstitutional a few years ago. Just go register I'm pretty sure you can do it online or at the DMV. I'm 100% sure you can I did.

B&E, theft by unlawful taking. I was 19 and someone took something from me so I went and tried to get it back. What was mine was gone so I took other shit and he called cops.

dude, if you are serious about voting you should get on that now, because some states have deadlines for voting. Like you must Register a month before the election or something. You live in Michigan right? If so their Primary is in February! Just go here to register... make a difference

If your state has a closed primary then you may only vote in the primary that is your party affiliation.
