Norma Jean frontman Cory Brandan took to Twitter yesterday to call out those who have illegally downloaded Norma Jean's music. His four Tweets comprised the following polemic:
"Anyone that has ever downloaded a Norma Jean record. You owe me money. I hope you had enough money today to buy your family groceries...I mean 'for free' of course. Ya know… illegally. Stolen. Theft. Don't get your feeling hurt. It's ok if you steal from me. Anything else I can do for free for you? Spoiled brats! It's about time someone got pissed about this! I hope you guys know what it feels like to have thousands of dollars stolen from you only to be told you have a an attitude about it. BTW! I appreciate and LOVE all of you that have supported us over the years. I hope you are all blessed!"
...and that marks the first time I've heard Christian band frontman swear publicly.
I bought a shirt back in high school. Also went to Silverstien during my emo-ish days to see them only to hear that they dropped off the bill when I arrived.

I can understand stand him being pissed. I don't like the band but it is understandable.
One thing he should know by now though is you make more money on live shows and merch sales most money from the CDs goes to the label. Make better music sell more tickets you'll make the money you're bitching about not having.
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
if a band did something like we are releasing our album online for 5 dollars and you can download it i tink i would buy a shit ton more albums than i do right now
Wormrot gave away their last album for free and tours the world and is making a name for themselves. If you work hard and make good music rather than trendy bullshit, you will be able to be a successful professional musician. If you just expect to be a full-time musician, you're a dumbass and should try harder.
TUPAC IS DEAD/THE LEGEND IS GONE/THEY SAYIN TUPAC'S BACK?/DEM NIGGAS WRONG
According to the usually reliable VAN HALEN fan site Van Halen News Desk, VAN HALEN will announce the first details of its upcoming tour on January 3, with tickets set to go on sale a week later. The band's much-anticipated new album — which will be the band's first with original singer David Lee Roth in 28 years — will arrive on February 7, with the first single and video set to premiere on January 10.
