I really feel bad because my niece who is only 13 is getting harrassed by her mom and her step father about her weight. Now, she's 5'2" and well, has "developed" I'll say, she BARELY has a gut on her (one step above a flat stomach). It's driving me up the wall that they're being mean to her so she's developing more mental problems than she already has. Shane came up w/ the idea to find cheap active stuff to do w/ her every once in a while that way it gets her away from her parents but also keeps her active. Today we're going paddle boating at the local campground. My sister tried to pull the "we don't have the spare money" and Shane said, "Well, we got it, just drop her off when I get off at 1 and we'll drop her back off at night" since we live 40 minutes from McDs, close to an hour from her house. Then my niece pulled the, "Well, my physical therapist said stuff like biking and like paddle boats is really good for my knee." My sister lost the argument so now I get time w/ my niece. Yesterday we were even able to go in the pool with her since my parents were shutting them down but I called just in time for them to delay it.
Just speeds up weight loss or whatever? What I do for protein is eat diet frozen dinners. The ones I pick out usually have a little under or over 400 calories, and 20-20+ grams of protein.
Would it be wise for me to use it then? My workout for now is mainly cardio. Bike ride 4 days a week, weight training 2 days a week, and a break on Saturday. I mean, I suppose it would help build my leg muscles in that case.......

well if you want any kind of muscle growth i would suggest to take it.....its not that expensive
Didn't have time for a full work out today, so I added more weight to get the most of my time. I was expecting to struggle with it a bit, but had no problems with it. I'm looking forward to a monster work out this morning \m/
