my workouts are usually at least an hour. legs/back is usually like n hour and chest/arms/shoulders is usually 60-90 mins cuz i run to warmup and cooldown. usually 10 mins to start and 15 to end
Arnold disagrees. It's hard to say either way. Some people can get more focused in training and get better results from being "in the zone." Some get easily distracted and lose focus. Some people may benifit from the munchies, some may over indulge in junk food. Some stay away from it and others swear by it. It's not like any of us are really elite level athletes anyway, I don't see it from stopping you from reaching your fitness goals. If you're looking to lose weight/burn fat, just do burpees like a mad man.
I'm gonna go burn one, if I don't come back it means that I got high and lost all my motivation, got the munchies and am eating the entire Little Debbie isle uncontrollably, or that I am hooked up to an oxygen tank somewhere gasping for breath. If this is the case, please send for help right away.
played a couple of good hours yesterday.... but my right hammy just aint right.
its hurts a lil bit when i position my leg in a specific way and it ALWAYS takes me a good amount of icy/hot and running to actually warm it up before i can run full sprint comfortably.
I've pulled muscles in my leg before....and i know it isnt that; the pain isnt as sensitive to pressure.
I guess people are different, but while I'm high, of course I'm lazy as shit, but I actually get more motivated by smoking just by getting that release at night.
Just did a pretty fast paced jog for 15-20 minutes, followed by my weight training, would've jogged longer, but I'm still not used to running, because I never do it, so Im'ma gradually build up to a half hour jog. Nonetheless, feeling fucking good man.
Gonna *try and* start going to the local rec center 4-5 times a week. Their gym is awesome and I can get a punch card with 20 visits for 40 bucks since I'm a local.

Start doing burpees. Best conditioning exercise you can do, bar none. Fucking do them.
Comments
15 minutes on bike (to warm up)
30 on treadmill
15 on stairclimb (not very often though)
everything after is weight training
Any truth to this? That weed limits your ability to lose fat?
