Fuck I've lost my mojo and I'm Struggling with training at the moment. Work and family life are keeping me too busy. I only got to the gym twice last week to do bench and squats
I try to do at least 30-60 minutes, but I don't have nearly as much time as I would like, so a lot of times its just what I can fit into my day. I have a little home gym in the basement. Somedays the only time I have is at work, so I do what I can there, pylos, burpees, push ups, dips etc.

Getting out of your routine sucks, it throws everything off and screws with your motivation. Do what you can to get back on it!
I go to the gym in my lunch hour at work. So I go at 12.00 and workout, then hit the showers around 12.45 so my entire workout usually averages 40 odd minutes. Work is only 5 mins from my gym. Then I go back to work and eat my lunch
Some of the guys I know do "sheiko" powerlifting training which can take 2 Hours! Fuck that!

Damn, that's dedication. I get bored with weights after 15-20 minutes lol. The heavy bag/speed bag is where its at, I can do that all day and not get bored so I push myself way more. I really want to get a double end bag next, those things are the bomb.
Just finished reading Never Gymless by Ross Enamait. Awesome, awesome, awesome fucking read. Anyone who has posted in this thread should read it, you will probably love it in just a few pages. Ross has such a huge amount of fitness knowledge, and he strips away all the bullshit. Holy fuck is he a beast. I almost never recomend stuff to other people, but this is a must read.
The other link is for another of his books, I haven't read it yet but it also came highly recommended and deals more with weights and equipment.
