This has been a hard thing to do, especially since I quit drinking as well for this. so on really shitty days at work I have to stay at the gym longer just to make up for the shitty ass day! I dont do protein shakes much only because I dont like how it tastes with just water, and honestly I feel theres no point for the extra calories for me. I'd rather just keep eating my chicken! lol
To be honest, at first I was like eh. I didn't think it would help me, but he's the last trainer at this gym that I havent worked with. It's actually helped me out ALOT. Especially with my strength holy fuck! lol It's also giving my body a "better" shape! which im sure the boo will love when ever he gets back!
I've also made no claims about anything. I may not even be real. I might just be a reflection of someone's subconscious digitally represented through a binary system of ones and zeros.
