I lift too. Have been for a while casually. In college Tuesdays and Thursdays are my weight training days. Wednesdays and Sundays are my Quidditch/Cardio/Running days
My routine is as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Friday = 2-3 Hours Cardio (Treadmill, Eliptical, Cycle, Stairmaster) Tuesdays and Thursdays = TRX (suspension Training) + Cardio Saturdays and Sundays = ACTIVTRAX which is a combination of Cardio, Lifting weights, and abs.
I have a 1400 Calorie Diet as of right now.
I am excited for my birthday in 17 days, because I'll finally have a piece of cake!
I try not to cheat on my diet, therefore I have been craving the craziest shit. I can't though, not until my boyfriend is back from Afghanistan. He hasn't seen me since February and boy is it going to be a surprise! I am 13lbs away from the goal I wanted to reach by the end of this year!
