I guess I meant why use the machines at all if you have access to free weights. Machines have a much nor limited ROM (range of motion) and you don't active the stabilizing muscles, so the workout is less effective. (also assuming we are not talking about cardio machines)
I have the exact same routine every day, wake up, eat, wait an hour, workout. It throws me off if I don't have that exact routine, so, I hate the days where I have to get up early and go somewhere and have to break it.
i cant do the gym early in the day. it doesnt motivate/energize me it just makes me tired and muscle fatigued all day
I'm the opposite. If I knock it out right away, I feel accomplished, my body is moving, blood is pumping and I feel ready to go get more shit done and keep the days momentum going forward. If I wait until later in the day to do it, I feel like I'm procrastinating, avoiding shit I don't want to do, making excuses etc. I'm not going to feel right until I get it done, so I like to just get it done right away.
Do you eat like this when you have cheat meals, Jobe?
You just fit it into your calories and macros. And considering he's prolly eating 5,000+ calories a day, and juicing, that ain't hurting him at all lol.
Fuck no lol. I may have a few pieces of pizza now and then, but I don't smash 3 pizzas in a row or anything. If I eat something "bad" then I stick to smaller portions of it. Usually a cheat meal for me is still chicken, just done is a less healthy way (Chicken Alfredo or Sesame Chicken =P~ )
i may have to start trying early workouts again. see how i feel. on a side note . what does everyone use for protein powder. im looking for a new one to try
I think I'm going to try Omnit's hemp force and see how I like it. It is supposed to digest much easier, and a lack of protein farts sounds amazing. It's pricey, but it would be easy to buy the bulk ingredients and mix it yourself.
