No way in hell is 4 "average" with 70% of Americans being overweight. Average is probably closer to 5 or 5 1/2.

Cardio isn't so bad. All the strength in the world is useless if you burn out right away.

I used to do cardio, but when I fractured my foot about a year and a half ago, I stopped and never got back to it. I hate doing cardio, so it wasn't a huge sacrifice. Now I'm forced to do it, so I'm just in acceptance mode.
I've been sick for the last week or two, just about recovered enough to get back into a routine again. I'm going stir crazy being forced to sit around all day, how do people live like that?
I've amped up my workouts a bit since the new year. I was still going 3-4 days a week before, but hitting it harder now. Now I fucked up my wrist tho. X(
