It does kinda seem like Tim has final say with what goes on with the forum now. It seems like he's trying to sculpt it into his own forum. With the name change, layout change ect. And Mike and others just hang from Tims balls about everything.

See what is happening in this thread right here, between the 4 of us, that is what the mods are promoting, being able to talk without resorting to offensive words. Shane won't be banned for what he is saying in this thread(no matter how much he or the mods may want it) because he isn't offending anyone.
