Heatley is a has been. he can score if you get him the puck in front of the net but dont expect him to work for the puck

What do you think of what the Avs did? I think they got hosed on the Varlamov deal after Vokoun signed with the Caps for only 1.5 mill.

They could have gotten more for him than Havlat, who definitely is not a top-line guy. Plus the Sharks gave away their best prospect to the Wild along with Setoguchi and Heatley.

Went to Blackhawks "Training Camp Fest" today. Twas pretty cool. Got to watch a live practice and 2 scrimmage games. 20,000 people just to watch a practice. Plus a ton of cool Festival shit in the parking lots. :-bd
