Started a new wild hunt playthrough, was hype to download the next gen update only to find it's literally breaking the game on PC

Honestly. The game looked fucking great running off an unupdated version on medium settings, constant 60fps. Download the update. Cool, now it's 20fps even on low settings.

But now there's like, fog and stuff!

Required update. Apparently there's a beta option to undo it but I haven't looked too much into it

Gotham Knights is confusing lmao. Like graphically the game is pretty nice and I think it would be a stunner in 60FPS, so it makes the locked 30FPS even more of a head scratcher. Especially since the game is next gen only and they skipped out on cross gen. They didn’t need to accommodate for lesser hardware so I don’t get it at all. The game is extremely crispy but yet feels and looks dated because of the 30FPS.

Isn't the whole idea behind it focusing on the subheroes because Batman is supposedly dead at the end of Arkham Knight?

Googled it, apparently not. I still think of it as tied though because it's obviously the same gameplay style. Heard it's ass though

Origins was alright. Definitely better than Knight in that half the game wasn't dedicated to being a tank simulator.
