Constitutionally speaking its OK and they have every right to build whatever they want there. As an American I don't think it should be allowed 100 feet from Ground Zero. To me its more them throwing it up in our faces.

No. They didn't. They died at the hands of extremists, and you in no way should cast them in the same negative light. The IRA are remembered as terrorists, not Catholics. Muslims should be treated the same way in the present and the future. You're fighting against innocent people who just want to believe in their God.
