Putting it at 80% zoom makes it look more normal. Its a little too small, and the bars at the top are too huge. But wtf. How does Google fuck something like that up?
Took my oldest to kings island for the last day of the season to let him ride some stuff and trick or treat. Almost immediately feel like I'm going to pass out. He got to trick or treat there for maybe 10 minutes before we had to leave because I was puking. I know I can't control it but I feel horrible that he didn't get to enjoy the day.
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
I try to be. I will do my best to show them fun things to do and I try and get out every weekend we can. I want them to grow up loving life not bitter or jealous of things they haven't experienced.

Festival is over now I'm getting all these messages from my roommate about how amazing it was, how his life was changed and how endlessly happy he is while the drugs are still running through his system. Around wednesday when the crash happens, it'll all shift and he'll talk about how stupid how it was irresponsible to go because he now has negative money to fix all the fucking problems he has between a broken phone, broken car with a suspended license and a slowly rising pile of debt.
Back before the festival thing went down, I told him my mom and I wouldn't just sit there and make him walk to work in the middle of winter because he cant afford to get his car fixed. We could have helped him out since his mother would never do that. Then he went and blew over $600 on this. noooooope. Dude can walk to work in three feet of snow.

Kids are always going to find something to be envious of. it's all relative
Oh absolutely wasn't trying to be a downer. as long as you actually make the effort I know without a doubt they'll appreciate it in the long run, but just dont be surprised for phases when they'll be like "but tommy and johnny did thisssss"
