The hotel was $420 (lol). They charged an extra $100 security deposit and said it should be refunded after checkout. We split the bill with help from my mom but everything was run off of my account. I wake up today to see they took another $100 bringing us up to over $600. I call the hotel and this chick keeps telling me I was charged the $420 and tries to tell me about the $100 deposit. Told her I fucking get that, that doesn't explain this other $100. She's absolutely no use to me, so I call my bank. Woman at the bank looks at it and really has no clue what the fuck is going on. It's a hot mess that sounds even more confusing than what I'm seeing through the app. Somewhere there's a $200 hold meanwhile I don't see anything like that. She said just wait another day for everything to officially post and if there's anything over $420, they will handle it and told me not to bother calling the hotel myself again.
