I think it's pretty common for the defendant to not testify in a murder trial? Idk. We need the resident MU legal expert in here to clarify.

I dont think it would have done him any good. 

The state would have torn him apart on the stand. They have already been kind of dirty in the way they have tried to game the system this trial. I wouldn’t have went up there either.

Then I saw they were trying to bring in last minute evidence and the judge got pissed. said it would be a mistrial if they even mentioned it

the prosecution was dirty like that a lot. 

they are supposed to disclose a head of time what they are going to site and ask each witness. The prosecution send the defense 50k in pages to review the night before the defenses biggest witness testified lol. They are supposed to do it sooner than that.

Basically until there are unanimous votes on all 3 charges, or when they all decide they can not come to agreement.  I think anyways.

Apparently some congressmen said something over the weekend about the trial and the judge admitted that the defendant may have grounds for a mistrial in appeals.
