I just rewatced it today for the first time in like a year and a half. Better than i remember but there are still some straight up retarded scenes and plot lines (the casino shit, Luke's characterization) but there are some of the best scenes in the entire saga in this movie (Red Room, Holdo's last stand, Yoda force ghost) 

After rewatching both sequel movies recently i may even like TLJ more than TFA. TLJ is more flawed but the high points are also higher.

Disney does visuals way better. Like the battle at the end with the red salt on the white snow it made that whole scene look amazing.

Im disappointed but good for you guys for finding something to enjoy in it. I'll personally take the holiday special over Last Jedi but that's just my opinion.

Id take the Holiday Special over any of the Disney movies so far. At least thats so bad its kind of good, like a shitty B movie. The Disney ones are just bad and make me want to drink.
