If I can afford it as a single income family then you can afford it being single and living at home. My total trip for 4 people with round trip flight was $2100 And we stayed at one of their resorts.
You tryin to be a hero fool? You wanna see badass mother fucker?! I'll show ya a badass!!!
You might not like what their doing with the movies but what they are doing at the parks in phenomenal. You may get ho hum movies but what you are getting in return with Disney owning it is being able to visit parks and being immersed in the movies and seeing everything come to life.
I'm not opposed to that at all, and I'm not saying there aren't perks to Disney owning it. What I'm trying to say is they don't know how to cohesively craft a trilogy of this caliber. Of course they're going to be great at merch and rides and parks. It's Disney they're a corporate jugurnaut that excels at marketing. I'd love to visit the park. All I'm saying is I'm done with new Star Wrs trilogies lol I had high hopes for the new trilogy and liked the first and went into everything positive. Last Jedi just sucked horrible donkey balls and made me not give a shit about episode 9
Just because TLJ was a bad sequel doesn't mean the franchise is forever doomed. The split director plan didn't work. They seemed to have learned from that mistake.
I didn't say it was doomed forever but I'm very very skeptical because I don't have much to go on. Look, I liked Force Awakens but it was just a re-skin. They didn't show what they could do aside from some pretty cinematography. And then Last Jedi comes along and sucks horrible ass. So I have one re-hash and one terrible movie. That doesn't leave hope for future trilogies. I'm not saying they're all gonna suck but, to me at least, it doesn't seem like Disney is going to be paying the attention a franchise like this needs in order for this to work. Case in point, were getting one a year. They're always rushing to the finish line because they know these movies are going to make bank.
