But they arrested him, so that changes things a bit. Now we Can let due process happen. 

My opinion was more from the point if they let him go.

That video was one of the toughest things I've seen in some time. The cops involved in that give me some serious sociopath vibes.

Yeah, like i was saying. The cop on his neck 100% had something weird about it. 

How the hell did they charge him with 3rd degree murder/manslaughter. 

He clearly meant to inflict harm. It wasnt an accident. 2nd degree should have been the least of the charge. 

Jury will acquit anyways doe.

Yeah. I used to spend a lot of time discussing stuff like this/watching videos and iv become somewhat desensitized to violent videos. Not that i dont get upset feelings, but more so in the sense that i dont feel like i have to turn away. 

I came really close to shutting this one off. So sicking to see something like that happen.

A good counter point to this thiugh is that if they charged him with first degree right away, he probably walks.

now with third degree, manslaughter, and other smaller charger, he’s probably locked up for good.

I read somewhere that the cop that was holding him down with his knee had like 17 complaints filed against him and the Asian looking one had 6.
