Idk man looks le a struggle going on in the passanger seat .. They said he had a gun(who knows if he did) .. If you get pulled over with a gun you better comply or get shot it's really pretty simple. You can't say he is really complying  there ..

Did you see how he knew the guys name at like the very start? The guy shot was a convicted felon who had went to jail 13 years prior for shooting at police. So basically this cop knew the dude and was scared of him trying shit.
