Yeah he didnt say there wasn’t enough evidence to charge them. Did you guys watch the video?

he said there is an investigation in place he can not discuss but that there was Evidence supporting the officers, and that the video was horrendous but as police officers their job is to investigate situation fully before making a determination. 

They have prosecuted cops their before.
