A for effort but I think you were too persistent in trying to get her to hang out with you. Also no double texting unless she's doing it too. You're coming off as needy and you want to be seen as if you're busy as well. Also also don't do a "if you want to or not" that gives her an out to be a flake.
I was talking to a couple female friends of mine once about "it's ok if you don't want to" texts and they told me that it's a turn off to them cause it shows a lack of confidence.
