Also, Revocation NEEDS to be on it, they're definitely a good fit.

I highly doubt DTP would be on it. His show probably wouldn't go over with the typical meathead that goes to Mayhem. The fact that making fun of typical "serious metal" guys is a part of his stage show probably wouldn't roll over well with people going for bands like Korn or 5FDP who think they're so unique for liking radio metal bands and still think metal is about brotherhood
