Was going with my dad tonight so he could finally see it, but plans have changed and we're going tomorrow. I don't know why I posted this in here. Just deal with it
main problem i had with it was how they kinda bookended the series without much room for batman outside of the films. in nolan's universe, batman is only really batman for about 6 weeks. bb bleeds into tdk and then there's the 8 years of silence before the happenings of tdkr.
at the end of bb, gordon approaches him with a card from the joker. in the beginning of tdk, not only is his mansion being rebuilt, but the joker is still a relative unknown. so, it's safe to say that there's not much time elapsed between the 2 stories
