that was it? looked like randy knew he was just trying to stage dive and he gave him a push. i didn't see any bad intentions there. it was the other guy who actually pushed him much harder.

BREAKING: Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe appeared in a Prague court Saturday morning where a judge cited flight risk to set bail at four million Czech crowns (about $200,000 US). Reports state that Blythe has been released on the condition that his bail be secured as soon as bank access allows, presumably Monday morning (about 34 hours from now).
Blythe, clad in an Obituary hoodie, was represented at the hearing by legal counsel Vladimir Jablonski. It is reported that Jablonski argued that the bail amount is equivalent to Blythe’s yearly salary; Blythe reportedly did not make a statement. Sources suggest that Blythe will return to court, but now must only stay in Prague until Monday.
Saturday morning, Lamb Of God guitarist Mark Morton tweeted the following from Prague: “Today just turned into a FANTASTIC day!!!”
In light of this hefty bail amount, are we to infer that authorities wish to pursue a conviction against Blythe in connection with a concertgoer’s death in 2010, an incident not publicly revealed until Thursday? More to come.
even if the bail was 4 mil, if i was randy id still just bail...just on principal alone and then id make a video telling prague to fuck themselves.. if what they say is true and his yearly salary is 4 mil hell be ok financially and then you just embarrass them. cuz if there case is based off of what i just saw on that video it is literally a joke

That's pretty BS. The bigger security guard was more at fault if anyone is to be at fault. It didnt even look like Randy put any muscle in it... Looked more like he was just toucing him while the bouncer was doing the pushing.
pushing a fagz off a stage one handed which he jumped on is not fukkin manslaughter, this is literally a fukkin joke, you assume your own risks at a concert jesus

Well its 4 million czech...200 k american. Not that it makes a difference your point still stands. I would do the same thing.
So here we were, all excited that Randy Blythe was supposed to be freed from Czech prison today on $200,000 bail, and as it turns out, he’s not going anywhere.
According to Czech news site Blesk.cz, Blythe will have to remain in jail for at least ten days. Furthermore, according to a statement from Petr Fassati, the judge overseeing the proceedings, Blythe’s release may be conditional upon his remaining in the Czech Republic. In other words, even if he’s out of the clink — which I’m sure would be a welcome relief — he may not be able to come home to the United States without turning himself into an internationally-wanted criminal.
So this situation keeps getting shittier and shittier. Of course, we will continue to keep you updated as more news develops.
