A stranger rushes at you three times with unknown intentions.....the fourth time, you push him away from you so you may continue to provide goods/services for which you are contracted. The stranger later dies from injuries resulting from your defending yourself from possible harm. You might be liable in a civil trial, but I don't see any CRIMINAL wrongdoing here.....JMO
if someone just ran on the stage lookin for a little glory and randy came over to him, knocked him over and killed him idk randy should get some shit for that... but if the person was literally pursuing randy personally and literally coming right at him then i dont see how randy did anything wrong

I didn't try and sue the venue or the band when I got knocked out for 45 minutes it was my own stupidity. I got on stage and assumed the risk.
