Yeah man it was awesome. I'm bummed I only lasted an hour up front but seriously I could not move...I was trapped and feeling out of it... But on the plus side...if I hadn't bailed out and gone and stood off to the side of the stage then I wouldn't have scored my Metallica booty!!!!
No but I heard them and watched them on the big screen as they played on the stage right next door on 1b while I was up front at 1a. I'm sorry @Alex but I just found them "meh"...they weren't very enthusiastic or amped at all*...sorry buddy...it woulda helped maybe if I knew their music/songs. I coulda bought you a t-shirt if you'd wanted!?
* having said that it was 88 degrees yesterday...add on a few more degrees for the venue with no breeze and those poor sods were getting fried
This is their setlist from yesterday. (why so many covers!?) After rocking out to Stone Sour and the crowd going wild I just found APC to be very laid back and mellow and the crowd were just standing there going uh huh yep okkaaaaay..... i got loads of pictures but will post them another day
Annihilation (Crucifix cover) Imagine (John Lennon cover) Weak and Powerless People Are People (Depeche Mode cover) 3 Libras (All Main Courses Mix) When the Levee Breaks (Memphis Minnie & Kansas Joe McCoy cover) Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums The Outsider By and Down Passive
One of their albums is mainly covers. Meh they really need to switch up the set. They played all them plus a couple more back in December...which was basically the same set I saw in '11.
