the injectable flu vaccine contains the dead flu virus so your WBCs can just practice killing it. recommended especially for people with immune deficiencies like cancer patients, elderly and AIDS patients. the nasal spray actually does contain a live virus but it is severely weakened. some of the injectable ones do have the weakened virus but it is rarely seen. when people say they get sick after the shot its either all in there head or they got the weakened virus and are having a reaction to having a real virus.
